## Tour Program

### Day 1: Istanbul - Dubai

Meeting with our valued guests at the Emirates Airlines counter in the Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal one day prior at 20:00. After baggage and ticket procedures, we fly on Emirates Airlines scheduled flight EK118 at 00:05 to Dubai Airport. After a comfortable flight, we land at 04:55 Dubai local time. After greeting Dubai's stunning night view, following passport and baggage procedures, we board our comfortable bus waiting for us and head out for a free breakfast break. After recharging our energy, it's time to step into the magic of Dubai! Our first stop is visiting Za'abeel Palace, the winter palace of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai, and his family. You can admire many landscape works within its magnificent gardens and tour Za'abeel Palace accompanied by freely roaming peacocks. Then, we set sail towards Dubai's dazzling city skyline. Our next stop is Dubai Marina, the heart of modern Dubai. Dubai Marina, the world's largest man-made yacht harbor, welcomes us with the world's longest and most uniquely designed skyscrapers. Then, starting this tour aboard Abra boats, we explore the Deira (Old City) area, where we will witness the history of the city's commercial life. Known as 'Old Dubai' by the local population, this area reflects Dubai's true eastern soul. While enjoying shopping and photo breaks in the famous Old Souk and Gold Souk markets, you will see how, for centuries, merchants from distant lands docked their ships carrying spices, coffee, and gold at these piers. In the Al Seef district, where traditional Arab architecture meets modern concepts, we will visit one of the world's most authentic Starbucks branches for a pleasant coffee break overlooking Dubai Creek. Then, we take an impressive photo break in front of Burj Al Arab, the symbol of Dubai and known as the world's first 7-star hotel. Next, we head to the famous Palm Jumeirah. On this island, favored by celebrities from Madonna to the Beckham family, we enjoy free time while viewing celebrity villas and luxury hotels. After free time, we continue our panoramic city tour to discover Dubai's modern face. We enjoy the city views at Emirates Towers, Sheikh Palace, and the impressive Skyline Street. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms. To relieve the day's fatigue and experience Dubai's nightlife, you can join the Extra Dhow Cruise Marina Tour (80 Euro). The Dhow Cruise Marina tour, a perfect option for those wishing to experience Dubai's magical atmosphere from the water, promises an unforgettable evening. Sailing on the traditional Arab sailing vessel "dhow" through Marina's sparkling waters, you will enjoy delicious buffet dinner and live shows. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and spend the night there.

### Day 2: Dubai

After our morning breakfast, the rest of the day is free time. For guests who wish, Extra JBR Walk and Blue Waters (55 Euro). Enjoy the sun at JBR Walk, one of Dubai's most popular beaches! You can sunbathe on this beach famous for its magnificent sands and crystal-clear blue sea, sip your drinks in the shade of palm trees, and take great photos to immortalize your memories. After our tour, we will head to Blue Waters Island, created in 2018 by filling in the sea. Here, we will have the opportunity to get a close look at Ain Dubai, the world's largest Ferris wheel, and take some beautiful photos. Afterwards, we will return to your hotel. For guests who wish, Extra Evening Desert Safari Tour with Dinner (90 Euro). The Desert Safari Tour begins from our hotel with luxury 4x4 vehicles, where we will take you on an adrenaline-filled ride over sand dunes, elevating your excitement to the peak. You can watch the magnificent color display created in the desert as the sun sets on the horizon and etch this extraordinary view into your memory. In the cool evening of the desert, we will satisfy both your stomach and soul with an evening dinner held in a traditional Arabian atmosphere. Additionally, you will spend an unforgettable evening at a venue featuring traditional dances, music, and light shows, offering some of the most special performances you've ever seen. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.

### Day 3: Dubai

After breakfast, meet at the time set by our guide and depart for the Legoland Dubai Theme Park Tour. Legoland Dubai Theme Park is one of Dubai's most exciting theme parks, offering an unforgettable fun experience for families and children. Inspired by the Lego world, this park promises colorful and interactive entertainment for guests of all ages. While exploring its seven themed areas, visitors can experience amazing structures built with Lego bricks, immersive attractions, and creative shows. The park offers the opportunity to explore a city built with Lego by displaying miniature models of Dubai's iconic landmarks in the Miniland area. Themed zones such as Lego Kingdoms, Adventurers' Landing, and Imagination promise a day filled with fun roller coasters, water slides, and interactive play areas. At the same time, while children enjoy the educational and creative world of Lego, families can create wonderful memories together. Our tour begins with the enchanting atmosphere of Madinat Jumeirah. Spreading over 400 acres, this luxury resort will captivate you with its 2-kilometer magnificent beach, five-star hotels, 29 summer villas, 40 restaurants, and a large souk. As you stroll through its traditional souk reminiscent of Venice, you will discover the region's old architectural fabric and find various souvenirs. Our next stop is the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. With its height of 828 meters, this colossal structure, with its impressive architecture and over 160 floors, will mesmerize you. Named after Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, the founder of the United Arab Emirates, it is truly an engineering marvel. Next, we will visit Dubai Mall, located in the heart of Dubai. In this massive shopping mall with a capacity of 1200 shops, you can find everything from electronics to souvenirs, from premium dates to local products. After shopping, you will have free time to watch the magnificent water, sound, and light show of the Fountain Show in front of Dubai Mall. You will be swept up in the rhythm of the show and feel enchanted under the dazzling lights. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.

### Day 4: Dubai – Istanbul

After breakfast and room check-out, free time until the meeting time. For guests who wish, Extra Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden (80 Euro). Our tour begins at the impressive structure of Dubai Frame. It offers an unforgettable journey to discover the enchanting side of Dubai. This unique tour brings together both the wonders of modernity and nature. During the free time we will have for a photo stop, guests who wish can go up to this iconic structure known as the world's largest frame, with its height of 150 meters and width of 100 meters, which showcases the city from two different perspectives. Guests who wish can go up to the upper level of Dubai Frame, which frames Modern Dubai and Old Dubai, and enjoy a unique panoramic view between these two contrasting worlds. Walking on the bridge inside the frame and viewing the city from above will allow you to feel the bridge between Dubai's past and future. After our visit to Dubai Frame, we head towards Miracle Garden. Known as the world's largest flower garden, Miracle Garden presents an amazing array of colors with 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. As you walk among the flowers, you will see beautifully themed arrangements and extraordinary floral displays. You will have plenty of free time to take great photos against perfect Instagram backdrops.. After the free time, transfer to the airport. IMPORTANT NOTES

-The specified hotel category and similar are presented; the exact hotel name will be communicated with a notification 48 hours before the tour departure.

-To benefit from the Advantageous Tour Package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

-Extra tours take place with a minimum of 15 participants. In case of participation below 15 people, changes may occur in the tour prices or the tour may be conducted via metro.

-Points to note regarding our Abu Dhabi tour: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for mosque visits. Free time will be provided for lunch during our tour, which is not included.

-Points to note regarding our Desert Safari tour: Wear sporty and comfortable clothing and bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their condition.

In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

In our Dubai programs, there will be a guide meeting at Dubai arrival. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a situation, Alys Tours will provide information 15 days prior to the tour departure date.

There is a visa application procedure for T.C. citizens. For visa application, you must apply to our agency with documents specified, using a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date. Even if required documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application process, the consulate may refuse the visa stating reasons or without stating reasons, or issue a visa start date after the tour departure date. The visa service fee paid upon application is non-refundable. There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; passport police have the authority to deny entry. Alys Tours is not responsible for such situations; responsibility lies with the traveler.

Guests traveling with a T.C. Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, responsibility lies with the traveler.

There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date is sufficient.

Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Alys Tours is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.

-To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In any other case, responsibility lies with the traveler.

-For our guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent, there is a possibility that police officers at entry/exit points will request a document showing joint parental consent; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents exercise caution in this matter.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be visited or entered due to restrictions by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, Alys Tours is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot within available limits at locations where road access or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Alys Tours acts as an intermediary between airlines and our passengers and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details may change before the flight; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting the risk of schedule changes.

For UAE visa applications, Alys Tours acts as the Dubai Sponsor/Guarantor. Therefore, for guests to benefit from our package prices, the visa procedures must be carried out by Alys Tours.
