Important Notes:

• A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is required to participate in this tour.
• Alys Tours acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or change fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest as a no-show fee.
• The city where the flight lands may vary. Alys Tours cannot be held responsible for time changes made by the airlines or any potential delays.
• In group ticket cases, airline rules apply; according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
• For most flights departing from Turkey, checked baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight limit may vary depending on the airline and destination country. On domestic flights within the destination countries, this allowance may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Alys Tours.
• If the minimum number of participants required for the package tour is not met, the cancellation will be communicated to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the program is an example; the actual tour itinerary may vary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the day(s) following arrival, depending on the arrival time. Sightseeing activities listed in the program may be rescheduled to different day(s) at the guide's discretion due to any reason.

• Extra tours can only be organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If fewer participants join, the guide may decide to proceed with adjusted prices if necessary. Alys Tours cannot be held responsible for the non-organization of these tours.
• Additional tours along the route will take place only if at least 10 members of the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the rest stop.
• Tours or sites that are prohibited by local authorities for any reason will not be visited. Alys Tours cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Museum and historical site entrance fees are not included in the price.          
• Alys Tours reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs (and similar examples) are for reference purposes regarding star category and distance; they do not guarantee accommodation at the named hotels.
• In triple rooms, additional beds are provided. The third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is a foldable/sleeping extra bed.
• Children under 18 years of age who are not considered legal adults must have consent letters from one or both parents when traveling without them. These documents must be carried by the travelers during the trip.
• In case of cancellation or changes, the "Alys Tours Sales Contract" applies.
