Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Alys Tours, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences and customer satisfaction. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our official communication channels. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation period and the specific tour or activity booked.

2. Cancellation by Customer

a) More than 24 Hours Before the Activity

Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity time are eligible for a full refund (100%).

b) Less than 24 Hours Before the Activity

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

c) No-Show

If a customer fails to attend the activity at the designated meeting point and time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Alys Tours

Alys Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Insufficient participation
  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative date, or
  • An alternative activity of equal value.

4. Force Majeure

Alys Tours shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Earthquakes
  • Fires
  • Floods
  • Pandemics
  • Wars
  • Government actions
  • Transportation strikes

Refunds in such situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to supplier and operational policies.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Third-Party Services

Some tours or activities may be operated by third-party suppliers. In these cases, specific cancellation and refund conditions may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Changes to Reservations

Requests to modify booking dates or participant details are subject to availability and must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
