Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity time are eligible for a full refund (100%).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
If a customer fails to attend the activity at the designated meeting point and time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
